ALEXANDRIA - The latest developments in the death of 11-month old Shawn Sylvester were released on Friday.

The N.H. Attorney General ruled his death a homicide and said Sylvester died of blunt force trauma to the head.

Sylvester’s obituary reads in part, “SJ was a happy and loving boy filled with contagious laughter. He loved to play "peek a boo"... ball... and trucks. He also enjoyed watching Mickey Mouse cartoons... snuggling with his blankie and being rocked to sleep. In his brief life, he touched the hearts and lives of many and will be deeply missed."

There has still been no arrest made in the death of SJ, but his mother's boyfriend is facing child porn charges.

SJ's family said Tommy Page is Danyelle Dudley's boyfriend. Dudley was seen moving out of Page's home earlier this week.

The Attorney General would not confirm Page's relationship to Dudley or residence at the home in Alexandria, although court documents list 133 Fowler River Road as Page’s address.

The state referred to these cases as two separate and ongoing investigations, but family told NH1 News otherwise.

Page was found in possession of several images of child porn involving an infant child.

On behalf of SJ's father, a family friend shared a message in court.

“They were nude pictures of a child in sexual positions or whatever, but it wasn’t of SJ, it’s a separate related incident," said Austin Pertheo, a close family friend. "He [SJ’s father] just wants to keep the memory of his kid alive the way it should be not with all this extra stuff.”

When asked about the comment made in reference to the photos, Peter Hinckley in the AG's office said, “Whatever any civilian says on camera must be taken with a grain of salt.”

Page is being held on $500,000 cash bail and will have a probable cause hearing at the end of this month.

In the meantime, calling hours for SJ begin this Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon.

The family is asking for donations through their gofundme page.

Sharon Bristow of Shari Lynn Photography, who is responsible for the photos of SJ trending on social media, is speaking out.

She told NH1 News what it was like photographing the little boy who was to turn one next week.

“Knowing that I was the one who took the last photos, it hits pretty hard," she said. "I was printing and editing when that news broke and I really did just break down. I don’t know who could do such a thing, ever."

She is donating a portion of her sales from holiday photo sessions to SJ’s family as well
