Chester man suffers non-life threatening injuries in UTV accident

CHESTER — Stephen Hayes, 35, of Chester, suffered non-life threatening injuries from a UTV accident.

Hayes was riding his Polaris Razor down his driveway when he abruptly had to swerve to avoid an oncoming motor vehicle causing his UTV to roll over.

Hayes denied medical treatment from EMS for his minor injuries. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
