Chesley Memorial Library commends 5 youngsters for getting through 1,000 books

NORTHWOOD — The Chesley Memorial Library is celebrating five youngsters in their completion of 1,000 books over the course of the summer.

Liam Cooper was the first to make the "1,000 Book Reader" list that they have on display in the library's youth room.

The library recognizes the readers on the large sign outside of the library as they reach their goal, and take a picture of the child with the sign.

"Please come in and let us know when your young reader hits a new 100, 200, 300 or more milestone," the library remarked on their website.
