CHANGING FAMILIES: Your brain functions better in cold weather

CHANGING FAMILIES - If you're brain is a little sluggish, don't blame it on winter. A pair of studies said your brain performs better when it's cold.

While winter can be stressful, scientists in the studies said it doesn't have a negative impact on cognitive function and that your brain might even perform better in winter.

They said people are better at dealing with gray and chilly weather than we give ourselves credit, even in terms of mood. This is in contrast to a lot of beliefs. Check out more on the studies here.
