Case will go to trial for Seabrook man arrested for having 60g of heroin

SEABROOK - A Seabrook man found with 60 grams of heroin on him was scheduled to appear in front of a judge in Seabrook District Court Wednesday.

Scott Randall, 26, was found with the drugs during a probation check for another man he was with at the end of September. He was charged with three counts of controlled drug charges for possessing the heroin.

In court on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, he waived his right to a probable cause hearing. Instead the case will go to trial in Superior Court. That date has not been set yet. Randall is being held on $100,000 cash bail because of his drug distribution connections in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He was arrested back in February in Lawrence, Mass. on other drug charges.
