Car hits man checking on own car after both spin out of control in Hampstead


EXETER - Police are investigating a serious car crash that happened during Friday morning's snowfall.

A rescue team responded to Kingston Road after getting reports of a pedestrian getting struck by a car.

David Goodwin, 33, of Exeter was standing outside his vehicle alongside the road after losing control himself, when he was hit by another car sliding off the road in the same location.

Goodwin was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with serious injuries.
