LACONIA — The man who police say tried to run over a Belmont officer chose not to appear in court for his arraignment Tuesday.
Hayden Moon, 24, is being held on $100,000 cash bail after Tilton police arrested him Monday during a traffic stop.
He was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of obstructing governmental operations and reckless conduct as a result of an incident on Oct. 28 in Belmont, where Moon allegedly fled from a traffic stop and dragged the Belmont officer as he fled.
