Canobie Lake Park family brawl trials move forward

The trials for the men involved with the scuffle at Canobie Lake Park last summer are moving forward.

Back in March, NH1.com reported that one of the men involved, Alan Perry, was found guilty of a felony riot charge and was expected to be sentenced in April, but Perry is still awaiting sentencing.

The Union Leader reported that two of Alan Perry's sons that were involved in the incident are about to undergo their own trials.

The first is set to be for 18-year-old Brian Perry on June 15. He is facing felony assault and riot charges. His 23-year-old brother Joshua will be charged with the same on Aug. 3, when his trial is expected to begin, according to the Union Leader.
