Candidates have fun with website error pages

The Associated Press

BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is one of a few candidates customizing an error page on their campaign websites.

Vermont Public Radio reports the state's senator customized his 404 page, which pops up on a webpage if a user enters an address for a page that doesn't exist.

Users who reach the 404 page will have the opportunity to watch a video of Sanders telling them they're at the right website, but wrong page. He then prompts the user to scroll to the bottom to take them to the correct page.

Hillary Clinton uses an old family photo with a pun. Rick Santorum uses a photo of Hillary Clinton on a phone with a caption aimed pointedly at her.
