This weekend's storm sure to alter plans for many across New England especially those who might have been planning a special evening because of the Valentine's Day holiday. From dinner reservations to flower deliveries the storm could put some of that on hold.
A lot of flower deliveries scheduled for tomorrow. I spoke with one florist who said they are going to send their drivers out early to try and stay ahead of the storm. Some even urging customers to come pick up any orders today if possible.
The bulk of the storm expected to hit Saturday night could ruin dinner plans for couples who wanted to spend a nice evening out on the town. Some restaurants have a strict reservation cancellation policy while others are actually putting a cancellation list together in case couples decide they don't want to venture out on the roads Saturday night.
Talking to restaurants they say the winter is starting to pinch a little business from them and they're hoping that doesn't continue. There have been some cancellations and restaurants say they are putting people on standby in case they want to take the place of those who have canceled dinner plans.
