Burn relief gel recalled due to packaging problems

CONCORD – A burn relief gel has been pulled from the shelves because the packaging is not child resistant.

More than 325,000 packages of the Dollar Tree burn relief gel has been recalled because the box failed to meet federal child resistant closure requirements.

The brand name of the gel is Assured and the recalled model has a bar code of 6 39277 09311 0.

If you have the Assured gel you should return it to the store you purchased it at.
