Bruins Ice Girls and mascot will be visiting New Hampshire libraries

The Boston Bruins mascot, Blades, along with some of the Bruins Ice Girls will be coming to the Granite State this summer.

They will be going to different New Hampshire libraries and children that are registered for the Summer Reading Program will be able to color hockey masks, read "This Bear's Tale: How Blades Became a Bruin" and play trivia games.

The visits to the New Hampshire public libraries are:

- Merrimack Public Library, June 28, noon-1 p.m.
- Whipple Free Library (New Boston) June 28, 3-4 p.m.
- Pease Public Library (Plymouth), July 18, 3-4 p.m.
- Durham Public Library, July 19, 11 a.m.- noon
- Goodwin Library (Farmington), July 19, 3-4 p.m.
- July 26: Derry Public Library, July 26, 11 a.m.-noon
- Tuesday, August 2: Kimball Library (Atkinson), Aug. 2, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
- Berlin Public Library, Aug. 17, 3-4 p.m.
- Blaisdell Memorial Library (Nottingham), Aug. 23, noon-1 p.m.
