Bristol sobriety checkpoint nets several arrests for drunken driving, drugs


BRISTOL - A weekend sobriety checkpoint on Route 104 in the area of Ayers Island Road netted several arrests.

Arrested on charges of driving under the influence

-Paul Hubert, 65, Ashland, N.H.

-Wendy Clark, 44, Bristol, N.H.

Arrested on drug-related offenses

-Tyler Roberts, 23, Fall River, Mass.

-Cody Amaral, 23, Fall River, Mass.

-Jenna Devoll, 23, Fall River, Mass.

-Garreth Lynch, 28, Bridgewater, N.H.

-Morgan Stubbs, 19, Bristol, N.H.

All arrests were made without incident and the subjects were released on bail to appear court in the coming months. The New Hampshire State Police along with the Bristol Police Department is committed to taking an aggressive stance in utilizing Sobriety Checkpoints as a tool to deter and arrest intoxicated drivers.
