Bristol, NH, police looking for suspect who robbery pharmacy
BRISTOL - Police are investigating an armed robbery at a pharmacy in town.
Police responded to Rite Aid on Summer Street around 4:42 p.m. Sunday.
Police said the suspect entered the store, pulled a mask over his face, pulled a handgun from his pocket, jumped over the counter, and pointed the firearm at the female pharmacist, demanding oxycodone.
The suspect ran out the back of the building with approximately 1,100 oxycodone pills, police said.
A State Police K-9 tracked a scent for approximately 200 yards from the pharmacy, police said.
Police said, the suspect is believed to have fled in a vehicle and may not have been acting alone.
Police said the suspect is described as white male, 5-feet, 6-inches to 5-feet, 8-inches tall, with a medium build, beard, brown hooded sweatshirt with "The North Face" on the front, black pants, black sneakers with white on the side and a black hat.
