Bret Michaels wants his cell phone back, posted security cam footage

HAMPTON — Bret Michaels, former singer of Poison, hopes to have his cell phone and other electronics which were stolen from the Casino Ballroom dressing room returned, reports Seacoastonline.

Michaels' staff posted that the items were stolen while he was in Hampton for a Sept. 1 performance at the venue. The devices are reportedly locked, so as to inhibit use from parties other than Michaels.

The staff used a photo of two men walking, one of whom holds an object, that was captured by security footage.

The team asked that the items be returned to the Casino Ballroom in 24 hours under "no questions asked" conditions.

“We have been extremely lenient and we are giving you one more chance to return the items from our dressing room,” the second post stated. “We will not negotiate and after 6 p.m. today this will become a criminal case and you will be prosecuted.”

The rock singer has not filed a formal complaint so far.
