LANCASTER - A New Hampshire State Police official says there have been injuries in the collapse of a tent at the Lancaster fairgrounds.
But the extent of those injuries and the details of the Monday incident remain unclear.
A dispatcher at the Lancaster Police Department says the tent collapsed during a circus performance.
According to Facebook, the Walker Brothers Circus had two scheduled events at the fair tonight, one at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
She had no further information.
Lancaster is a town on the Connecticut River about 90 miles north of Concord.
The National Weather Service had issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the area.
