Brady sprains - not breaks - ankle, confident he will handle injury well

Tom Brady is expected to be ready for the Patriot's divisional round playoff game despite a heavy hit from the Dolphin's Ndamukong Suh that left him limping.

An MRI of Brady's ankle revealed no fractures or breaks, but a sprain, according to ESPN.

"I'll just work hard to get the right treatment. I've always dealt with injuries," Brady said during his weekly appearance on sports radio WEI on Monday morning. "I'm very confident I know how to deal with injuries. Believe me, I'll be doing everything I can to be out there. There is nothing else in my life that's a priority at this point other than getting to feel like I'm 100 percent."

The Patriots have a first-round playoff bye before they host a divisional-round game.
