Bow police capture man wanted in New York State
BOW - A neighborhood patrol netted a fugitive from justice wanted in New York State.
James Predmore, 24, of 8 Cedar Lane in Bow, was wanted by the Port Jarvis, N.Y. police for criminal contempt and second-degree harassment, police said.
The man was identified after an officer checked a vehicle registration plate and the owner came up as a fugitive. Predmore is being held in the Merrimack County jail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday.
