Boston man arrested on charges of human trafficking in Portsmouth


PORTSMOUTH - Police arrested 28 year-old Frantzer Fleurimond of Boston on Wednesday on three counts of human trafficking an one count of felony distribution of heroin. Portsmouth police say Fleurimond coerced two women into involuntary servitude by controlling their access to heroin.

Police also arrested 23 year-old, Molly Sloan, of Strafford on accomplice to prostitution and possession of marijuana charges. Sloan is not a victim of human trafficking.

More criminal charges are expected in this case. Bail has been set at $75,000 cash.
