Board to review plans for restaurant, outdoor patio in Nashua Technology Park

NASHUA - City planners will look over a proposal on August 4 to build a big restaurant in the center of Nashua Technology Park.

The plans are for a 7,500-square-feet restaurant and outdoor patio that will seat nearly 500 people.

The project by John J. Flatley Co. will name the proposed restaurant Tavern in the Square.

The plans include recommendations for 150 parking spaces for the 2-acre restaurant.

“This site is part of the larger Gateway Hills development, formerly known as Nashua Technology Park. The Flatley Co. has assembled a number of parcels over the years, which now encompass approximately 400 acres of contiguous land,” Linda Panny, deputy planning manager, wrote in a staff report to the Nashua City Planning Board, according to NewHampshire.com

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Nashua City Hall.
