Bern Your Enthusiasm: Bernie Sanders takes to the stage with comedian Larry David on SNL

NEW YORK - If you thought you were seeing double last night on Saturday Night Live, fear not. The show featured Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders and comedian Larry David, known for his Sanders imitations.

According to CNN Money, the standout sketch of the night was SNL's "Bern Your Enthusiasm," a riff on David's hit HBO show.

To mark his appearance on the show, Sanders' Twitter account changed its avatar to a photo of David playing the candidate.

Sanders' appearance comes just days before New Hampshire's primary. But he's hardly the first candidate to take the "SNL" stage this season.

His rival, Hillary Clinton has also appeared on the show, as has Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.
