Ben & Jerry's, New Belgium facing criticsm from alcohol watchdogs for beer collaboration

Ben & Jerry's unveiling of their new beer is getting some blow-back from some industry watchdogs.

Last week, the ice cream company announced a partnership with New Belgium Brewing that had some beer and ice cream aficionados' mouths watering.

But alcohol watchdogs say the label looks too similar to Ben & Jerry's ice-cream pints.

"This is a troubling development. It does no favors for the youth of America," Alcohol Justice CEO and executive director Bruce Lee Livingstone said in an interview with USA Today. "It's bad for children - who will start looking at beer as the next step after ice cream."

So what do you think?

Is the label for the new Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale irresponsible?
