HAMILTON, Mass. - The babysitter charged with abducting a toddler was held without bail Monday.
Abi Hanna is accused of abducting 2-year-old Lyndon Albers and leaving her naked, with her head shaved on the side of a road.
Authorities said Lyndon has been released from the hospital.
Hanna faces charges including kidnapping and assault and battery on a child.
According to Fox 25 in Boston, a doctor testified in court that she did not believe Hanna was competent to stand trial.
She also said she didn't think Hanna understood the charges against her.
The doctor said most of her interview with Hanna was conducted while the former babysitter was on the floor.
Hanna has a history of suicide attempts and suffers from hallucinations, according to Fox.
Lyndon was reported missing from her home Friday morning and found alone hours later, about seven miles away.
She was taken to Boston Children's Hospital for evaluation.
Hanna is due back in court on Dec. 11.
