CONCORD - Author Josh Levs and the New Hampshire Women's Foundation are teaming up with the "All In NH Tour."
In his book "All In" Levs says our American work culture fails dads, families, and businesses.
The book claims one in five dads with working wives are primary caregivers to their preschool-aged children. Half of working dads would rather stay home with their children, if their spouses made enough to live on. There are 40% of workers who are not covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act, and 20% of employers admit they don't comply with the FMLA.
Levs shows parents how they can fight for policy change in their workplace.
