Attic blaze in Nashua leads to 2nd alarm fire

NASHUA— An attic fire broke out Saturday, leading to a second alarm fire.

The fire was first reported at 5:27 p.m. when smoke was showing from the eaves of 17 11th St., according to the Union Leader.

Nashua fire officials said the fire started in the third story attic but then traveled to 15 11th St.

Surrounding streets were closed off for several hours while the fire was being extinguished.

The fire was pronounced over a little before 6:00 p.m.

No one was reported injured.
