Arrests made in Friday night Elm Street standoff

MANCHESTER — The police department surrounded a building on the corner of Elm and Pearl Street on Friday night.

Elm Street was closed between Bridge and Orange Street when gun threats were made.

Officials say two people were arrested. No injuries have been reported.
