Arrest made in Nashua homicide investigation

NASHUA - A 17-year-old has been charged with murder after a man died of stab wounds Thurday night.

John Goff, of Nashua, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Benjamin Marcum.

Police said Goff stabbed Marcum multiple times Thursday.

Benjamin Agati of the Attorney General's office told NH1 News that a photo will not be released of Goff due to his age.

Police are asking anyone with information about Marcum's death to contact the Nashua Police Department at (603) 594-3500 and ask for detectives. The Attorney General's office is also investigating.

"This could be an investigation that takes us well into next week. We may be looking for more the one person," said Agati

Goff is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Nashua district court.
