Arrest made in Monday bank robbery in Nashua

NASHUA – Police have arrested the man they believed robbed St. Mary’s Bank in Nashua Monday morning.

John Labossiere, 44, was arrested at the Motel 6 in Nashua later Monday.

In a search by police, narcotics were discovered in his room.

He was charged with robbery and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug.

According to police, at around 10 a.m. Monday, Labossiere entered the bank, passed a note to the tellers at St. Mary's Bank claiming he had a gun, and made off with cash.

Labossiere faces up to seven years in jail and fines.
