Appeal denied for NH white supremacist convicted of killing fellow inmate

The New Hampshire Supreme Court has denied the appeal of a man convicted of second-degree murder for killing a fellow inmate in 2010.

The justices’ issued their decision Thursday in the case against Thomas Milton, who is serving a minimum of 38½ years for carrying out the fatal attack against 42-year-old Anthony Renzzulla, according to The Concord Monitor.

Milton has not denied his affiliation with a white supremacist prison gang in his appeal. But the 33-year-old took issue with how the organizational structure of the Brotherhood of White Warriors and its criminal activities were discussed at length by an expert witness for the prosecution.

Milton was convicted of reckless second-degree assault, assault by a prisoner and falsifying evidence in connection with the beating death of Renzzulla.

Gang members believed Renzzulla was a snitch.
