Antrim man to collect $750,000 with winning Powerball ticket


ANTRIM - Jackpot!

An Antrim resident has turned in a winning Powerball ticket and will collect $750,000 of the $1 million after taxes, according to the Monadnock Ledger Transcript.

The New Hampshire man, who wants to remain anonymous, bought his ticket from the Antrim Market.

Danilo Lechuza, manager of the market knows the winner well.

“He’s a hardworking guy,” Lechuza said.

The Antrim Market is also getting rewarded for selling the winning ticket - $10,000

“The store is in the middle of converting from oil to gas heat, and that the money would be used for repairs,” Lechuza said.
