Another motorcyclist under arrest for going over 100 mph on NH highway

SUNAPEE - A Massachusetts man is under arrest after he was caught driving his motorcycle at 117 mph on Interstate 89 Sunday.

Sachin Rajan, 30, of Malden, Mass., was arrested on a charge of reckless operation. Police said he drove by a trooper at 6:19 p.m. at a high rate of speed. The trooper clocked him at 117 mph using a laser speed measuring device.

Rajan is the second Massachusetts person arrested this week for reckless operation of a motorcycle. Sean Reardon, 36, of Dorchester, was arrested for driving 128 mph on the highway in Ashland. Police said he was driving on a learner's permit at the time.
