Another man under arrest, accused of trying to get a NH driver's license with fake documents

SALEM - Police have identified a man they say was trying to get a N.H. driver's license with false documents on Wednesday.

Police say the Salem Division of Motor Vehicles alerted police, and Salem officers made contact with the man who identified himself as Samuel Encarnacion Hernandez, 27, of Manchester. But state police say their research indicated that Encarnacion Hernandez was a resident of Lawrence, Mass.

The suspect was charged with tampering with public records and unsworn falsification. He is being held at the Hillsborough County jail pending his arraignment in Manchester District Court on Aug. 7.

State police say they are still trying to ascertain Encarnacion Hernandez's true identity and anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Campo at (603) 223-8492.
