NEWBURY — The 82nd annual League of New Hampshire Craftsmen's Fair — billed as the nation's oldest continuously running crafts fair — is underway at the Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury.

The fair runs from Aug. 1-9 and features the work of more than 350 craftsmen. It attracts upwards of 30,000 people each year.

Wares made by juried craftsmen will be on display in more than 200 booths under tents stretching across the base of Mount Sunapee.

The fair is open from 10-5 daily rain or shine, with extended hours until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and active-duty military and is free for children 12 and under. Pets — except for service animals — are not allowed and cannot be left in cars.
