These 2 'Naughty Dogs' Stole the Mailman's Lunch and They Don't Look Sorry
Two dogs from Virginia have their own Facebook page after a post about them eating the mailman's lunch went viral.
Bear and Bull are mastiff, black Labrador mixes who apparently like to get into trouble.
In June, when the mail carrier tried to deliver a package at their owner's home, Bear and Bull sneaked into the truck and scarfed down some of the carrier's lunch.
The carrier, concerned the two may get sick left a note letting their owner, Carol Jordan, know what they did.
"Hey! I drove up to deliver a package, and both of the dogs crawled into my truck. They got into my lunch and ate an egg and some carrots and some pumpkin seeds. I don't know if that will upset their tummies, just FYI."
Jordan decided to shame the dogs on social media.
Her post on Facebook has been shared more than 17,000 times.
In the comments of the post, she notes that apparently the dogs didn't care for the carrots as she found part of one in the yard.
She also bought the mail carrier a gift card to Subway and had the dogs "write" a sorry note.
The note reads "Sorry we ate your lunch. Thank you for sharing. Bull & Bear Jordan. P.S. Our humans said thank you for leaving a note. We didn't like the note, we got in trouble."
The pair's antics don't end there though.
They now have their own Facebook page so people can follow along with their antics.
"So we created this page because of the overwhelming response to our post of these two naughty dogs stealing our postal worker's lunch."
On July 2, Jordan posted about Bull corning "something" at 10 p.m. in the yard. She posted that 3 years ago, Bull did the same thing and got bit not once, but twice, by a copperhead.
