Allegiant Air adds a new route to Florida from Portsmouth airport

PORTSMOUTH — Allegiant Air has added a fourth Florida stop from Pease International Airport starting in November.

The seasonal service will go twice weekly from Portsmouth to the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport which is near St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay, according to the airline's website.

The flights begin on Nov. 14 and according to the schedule, will continue until May 14, the airline reports.

Allegiant Air currently has flights available from from Portsmouth to Florida in Punta Gorda, near Fort Meyers, Sanford, near Orldando and Daytona Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.
