AG rules officer-involved shooting in Henniker was justified
CONCORD - The New Hampshire Attorney General has ruled an officer-involved shooting in Henniker the night before Thanksgiving justified.
On Nov. 26, officer Stephen Dennis had attempted to pull over a man driving a truck reported stolen shortly after 4 p.m. in Franklin.
Dennis found the truck about an hour after the report.
At the time, the suspect, Aaron Cadman, was believed to be armed.
Dennis fired one shot from his department-issued handgun and wounded Cadman in the arm.
Cadman survived the shooting and was taken into custody.
