MANCHESTER — A N.H. state representative is calling for an investigation into the Valley Street Jail after the death of Jeffrey Pendleton.
The state's medical examiners said that Pendleton died from a fentanyl overdose.
State Rep. Frank Edelblut says he wants to find out how the illicit drugs got into the jail.
Pendleton was being held for possession of marijuana.
