CONCORD — Kathryn McDonough will be released on July 16 after spending the last three years in state prison.
McDonough was convicted of witness tampering and hindering apprehension or prosecution along with conspiracy to commit the latter in connection to the 2012 murder of a UNH student, 19-year-old Lizzi Marriott. McDonough was sentenced in July 2013.
The man convicted of murdering her, Seth Mazzaglia, is currently serving a life sentence.
