PORTSMOUTH — The 900 Degrees pizzeria of Manchester and Epping is expanding its business into Portsmouth, making it the restaurant's third location.
Priscilla Lane-Rondeau opened 900 Degrees on Dow Street in Manchester in 2007. The restaurant did so well that in 2013 she opened a second location at Brickyard Square in Epping. Lane-Rondeau never expected to start a restaurant chain, according to the Union Leader.
The location is expected to open near Water Country on Lafayette Road since she found a spot close to where new affordable apartments are being built, the UL reported.
“The people we’re targeting are more local people,” Lane-Rondeau told the UL. Lane-Rondeau plans to take advantage of the sustainable options, including composting, when she opens her Portsmouth location.
