9 people nabbed in latest NH drug sweep; 7 suspected dealers out of Seabrook

SEABROOK — A drug sweep led to the arrest of nine people who were trafficking and purchasing narcotics in Seabrook, according to police.

The arrests come from a long investigation into the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs within the Town of Seabrook.

The Seabrook Police Department joined forces with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Orlando Florida, to conclude this investigation into the shipping and distribution of illegal narcotic drugs.

The arrests

Dee Ann Dow, 57 of 70 Washington St in Seabrook, is charged with sale of a controlled narcotic drug. Dow was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Nellie Fowler, 48 of 77 South Main St. in Seabrook, is charged with sale of a controlled narcotic drug. Fowler was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Jerry Dow, 26 of 70 Washington St. in Seabrook, is charged with sale of a controlled narcotic drug. Dow was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Christina Sargent, 30 of 77 South Main St. in Seabrook, is charged with possession of a narcotic drug. Sargent was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Courtney Foote, 57 of 77 South Main St. in Seabrook, is charged with possession of a narcotic drug. Foote was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Kaitlyn Fogg, 31 of 70 Washington St. in Seabrook, is charged with sale of a controlled narcotic drug. Fogg was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court.

Shannon Blake, 40 of Seabrook, is charged with sale of a controlled narcotic drug. Blake was also charged by the Seabrook Police with conspiracy to violate the controlled drug act by shipping Janvrin and Marshall narcotic drugs. Blake was held on cash bail and will be arraigned on March 13 in the Seabrook Circuit Court. Blake was unable to post bail.

Anthony Janvrin, 43 of Seabrook, is charged with possession of a narcotic drug. Janvri posted bail in Florida and has since been released.

Robbi-Lyn Marshall, 24 of Seabrook, is charged with possession of a narcotic drug. Marshall posted bail in Florida and has since been released.

Blake, Janvrin, and Marshall were all arrested by the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida.
