7 busted on various drug charges after Nashua narcotics sweep

NASHUA — Seven people were arrested in Nashua for various drug crimes in Nashua during a sweep by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Unit on Thursday

Those Arrested

Sean Moyen, 23, of Nashua, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, heroin and his bail was set at $2,500. He will be arraigned on Friday.

Joseph Girouard, 27, of Derry, was charged with sale of a controlled drug, heroin, four counts of operating without a valid license, and an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at arraignment. Bail was set at $20,000 and he will be arraigned on Friday.

Michelle Smith, 36, of Tyngsboro, M.A., was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug, heroin. She was released on $500 bail and will be arraigned June 22.

Kristopher Balcom, 36, of Nashua, was charged with sale of a controlled drug, heroin and methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute, heroin. His bail was set at $50,000 and he will be arraigned Friday.

Robert Delgado, 57, of Merrimack, was charged with sale of a controlled drug, heroin. Delgado refused bail to be set after his arrest and will be arraigned on Friday.

Jose Leon Perez, 31, of Nashua was charged with sale of a controlled drug, cocaine. Bail was set at $100,000 cash only and he will be arraigned on Friday.

Colin Emery, 19, of Nashua was charged with possession of a controlled drug, marijuana. Emery was released on $1500 personal recognizance bail. He will be arraigned on June 21.
