63-year-old woman arrested for shoplifting at Merrimack Premium Outlet


MERRIMACK — A 63-year-old woman was arrested for stealing at the Merrimack Premium Outlet.

Elizabeth Flynn, of Londonderry, was arrested on Wednesday after she was reported by store employees.

Flynn allegedly concealed an item inside a bag, which was valued under $100, from a store at the outlet. She was charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

Flynn was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the 9th circuit court, Merrimack, on Dec. 8.
