Most people feel lucky if they get six or seven hours of shut eye a night.
According to the Census Bureau, Millennials get an average of about 9 hours of sleep per night. One report says that could be one reason they're so successful.
According to the report, here is what sets Millennials apart from GenXers and Boomers.
In addition to getting an average 8 hours 53 minutes of sleep each night, the study says they embrace new and continually evolving technology.
They also want to be their own bosses. Two-thirds of Millennials say they ultimately want to start their own businesses.
They keep daily activities in line with strategic goals (i.e. they care about money but value other things more).
Millennials can multitask like crazy.
They are fine with a 24 hour work schedule (i.e., checking email outside of work), and they prefer flexible work hours.
