5 places in NH to get a lobster roll on National Lobster Day
It's National Lobster Day and NH1 has five recommendations to satisfy everyone's lobster roll tastes.
NH1 asked our Twitter followers for their favorite spots to catch a lobster roll and included the two best responses along with our own choices.
@Countyclare2 said their go-to spot for lobster rolls is "Tuckaway Tavern, Raymond, NH....hands down the best evah!"
@Squez66 disagreed saying "Seriously, Sully's Superette in Allenstown, NH has the best and cheapest ($ wise) I've ever had in any restaurant around!"
Of course, if you aren't near Raymond or Allenstown, then those two options may be too much of a hike for tonight's dinner.
In case of that, NH1 found some of the top locations in Concord, Manchester and Nashua to spread the love of lobster to all parts of the state.
Based on our collective taste buds and others' reviews on the internet, a great location in Concord for a buttery roll stuffed with lobster is the Beefside Restaurant at 106 Manchester St.
However, down south still has plenty of options for a delicious lobster feast tonight. For anyone near Manchester, the place to eat is Hooked, located at 110 Hanover St., which will have you hooked on their food in no time at all, according to online reivews.
Last but not least, the recommended place to try a savory lobster roll near Nashua is the Lobster Boat restaurant. It is located at 273 Derry Road in Litchfield, and according to customers, the jumbo lobster rolls are some of the best around.
Celebrate National Lobster Day by treating yourself to a roll!
