43 fossilized dinosaur eggs found in Southern China

The South China Morning Post reported finding dinosaur egg fossils in Southern China Tuesday morning.

According to the report, 43 fossilized dinosaur eggs were uncovered during road construction.

One of the eggs was as big as 7 inches in diameter.

It isn't the first time dinosaurs remains have been discovered in that part of China, though.

Heyuan has actually been known as the “Home of Dinosaurs."

According to the South China Morning post, city authorities say 17,000 fragments of fossilised dinosaur eggs have been found since 1996.
