4 NH men, including motorcycle club members, arrested on drug and gun charges


CONCORD — Four New Hampshire men are facing multiple drug trafficking charges.

One of the men was charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon as well.

James Cunningham, 60, of Laconia, is allegedly a Hell's Angel rider and is charged with distributing and intending to sell methamphetamine.

The alleged Milford and Company Motorcycle Club President, Harry Bolton, 63, of Weare, is charged with possessing and distributing cocaine.

Kenneth Bailey, 52, of Weare, and Timothy Raxter, 52, of Tilton, were both charged with drug possession and distribution charges as well, and Raxter received an additional charge of illegal possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

The men could face up to 20 years in federal prison and fines close to $1 million for each drug charge, and the firearm charge could add 10 years of prison time for Raxter as well as a $250,000 fine.
