3rd person arrested in connection with Eve Tarmey's death transferred to NH jail

ROCHESTER - The third person wanted in connection with the drug overdose death of Eve Tarmey is now in custody in New Hampshire.

Leslie Aberle, 31 of Salisbury, Mass., was brought back to New Hampshire Tuesday and is currently being held at the Strafford County jail.

Aberle faces charges in connection with the death of Eve Tarmey including one felony charge of dispensing a controlled drug with death resulting.

Tarmey's mother Jazzmyn Rood and her mother's boyfriend were arrested last week.

Aberle is schedule to be arraigned in court Wednesday.
