3rd Massachusetts man arrested in 2 days for speeding on I-93 in Ashland

ASHLAND - A day after two Massachusetts men were stopped for speeding in the same area, a third Massachusetts man was pulled over after police say they clocked him at 116 mph.

Andrew Tham, 19, of Middleton, Mass., was stopped shortly after 7 a.m. after a Trooper saw him blow by heading north on Interstate 93 in Ashland.

State police pursued and say he was going 116 mph in a 70 mph zone before they stopped him in the northbound lane just south of Plymouth.

He was arrested and charged with reckless operation. He is scheduled to appear in Plymouth District Court at 8 a.m. on March 24.
