3rd annual 'Cold Turkey Plunge' to raise money for nonprofit

NH1.com

WATERVILLE VALLEY – Grab your bathing suits and crazy costumes for the annual Cold Turkey Plunge this Saturday!

The Annual Cold Turkey Plunge is not only a good time but also raises money for the Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports Program, a nonprofit organization that provides winter sports opportunities for people for cognitive and physical disabilities.

The fun event raises money by asking each participant to donate a minimum of $50.

Plungers will not leave empty handed. Prizes will be awarded to the “Grand Gobbliers” in various categories, including best costumes.
