.313 BAC registered after single-car crash in Belmont, police say

BELMONT – Police arrested a man in Belmont who they allege registered a .313 in a breathalyzer - which is nearly four times the legal limit - after crashing his truck into a tree.

Michael Kettell, 39, of Belmont, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated DWI as a result.

Kettell was uninjured in the crash that badly damaged the front of his truck.

He has been scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, July 21.
